By first creating my draft I could see that it did not look professional or attractive, therefore would not suffice. In order to improve this, I carried out research into music magazines that were already existing, which enables to get ideas on ways my contents page should look. One of the main things which I wanted to change within my contents page was the layout and structure, due to not having clear defined columns in order to organise the features. Therefore, this was something that I added when making improvements to my draft. In addition to this, I did not think that the font was clear and easy to read therefore also changed this to be more of a readable font, as well as put it on a white background to not only define the different columns, but to make it easy for my audience to read and understand. I also included a variety of different images in order to make my contents page more engaging, as well as add more colour. By making them various sizes, unlike my draft contents page, it makes the page look more exciting and fits in with the house style well. Unlike my draft, I included subheading in my final piece which enables the audience to clearly find what they are looking for. This is also made easier by the variations in font size and colour.
